These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products (“Products”) through www.naturalgemstones.net(the “Website”). By placing an order for such Products, you agree to be bound by, and accept, these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Natural Gemstones FZCO (Trade License 143398, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai ,UAE)for shoppers in Middle East (referred to as “us” or “we”) without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. The latest version of the terms and conditions will be posted on this Website, and you should review these terms and conditions prior to purchasing any Product. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the Website terms and conditions that apply generally to the use of our Website. You should also carefully review our RETURN POLICY before placing an order for goods through this Website.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER AND CANCELLATION
You can place in order for our Jewellery and Gemstones from our website and you will receive in automatic reply with the confirmation of your order. Order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.
If you order Products available for immediate shipping from our Shop, and the cost is above 500 $ you will be required to pay the full amount by transfer to our account (please contact us for Bank Accounts Details trough email email@example.com or phone+97143219422 , the shipment for this items will be delivered for free.
Any other items costs below 500$ will be delivered Door to Door for Cash on Delivery.
If you preorder Products, you will be required to pay fifty percent (50%) of the amount due as a deposit at the time you place your order, exclusive of shipping fees .We will charge this amount for managing resizing, modifying, adjusting your Jewellery as per your needs. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the amount due, plus shipping fees, or duties owed at such time as the Product is ready for shipment.
The orders may be canceled any time before the order is resized, modified and adjust to customer needs.If you change your mint please let us know in 3 days time, contacting us through email firstname.lastname@example.org or through the customer phone line +97143219422,and we will contact you as soon as possible. You will not be charge for the cancelation and your deposit will be refundable in 4 working days time.
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, shall be as follows:
All orders are subject to verification for security reasons. You will be contacted and will have 48 hours to complete verification process. If you do not respond after such time, you will be notified and the order will be canceled and refunded in the original payment method.

Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Saturday-Thursday), except UAE Public Holidays.If you are in a rush to get the goods, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving faster

You can track your order with the courier by simply logging onto their website and quoting your tracking number.
For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount available for the courier. It will save you time.

CHANGES IN PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of Products, and we may discontinue Products at any time without notice. All pricing for the Products is subject to change. For all of our prices and Products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, Product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. If the price of an order changes after you’ve paid for it in full or after you’ve paid the down payment, your order will be canceled and your monies refunded.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with Product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or prices are accurate. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or Product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your bank account has been charged. If your bank has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to bank account in the amount of the charge and advise you of the canceled order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy, as set forth below.
OUR RETURNS POLICY?
At Natural Gemstones we want every customer to be 100% satisfied with our service. We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item for exchange by notifying us in writing of your wish to return your purchase within 7 working days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
We will be happy to exchange the item with any item/s that is available within our store, subject to a balance being paid for items that are of a higher value than the original purchase. We will send any exchange items free of postage charges.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING? Making a return or exchange is easy. Just email email@example.com to notify us of your wish to return a purchase within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order. We will then email you back with a return reference number. Once you have the received the Return Reference Number by email, include it with your item when returning it.
You can return an item to our store as long as you have your receipt or delivery note.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you have in insurance of postage from the courier you will send as we are not responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our store. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
HOW DO I ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE?
If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest you return the item using our return procedure, within 7 days of receipt, and order the new item separately.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO STORE?
You can return an item to our store as long as you have your receipt or delivery note. Our working hours 10:00am till 20:00 pm, our shop is located in Gold and Diamond Park bld.1 G34 A
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
An item that was received as a gift can be exchanged for other item. An email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the exchange is completed.
All products not eligible to be returned will be noted in the Product Details. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items and sales of the following items are considered Final Sale:
Gemstones above 500 $
Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within 1 months of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Natural Gemstones will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.
Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item.
If you loose a gemstone from the Jewellery are not consider a faulty product and is not replaceable by the company.
